[Abstract]ObjectiveToanalysetheeficacyof ivbabradine incombination with torasemideinelderlypatients withchronic heartfailure（CHF）anditsfectonheartfailure-relatedindices.MethodsTheclinicaldataof105elderlypatients withCHFdmittedtothe96OthHospitalofthePLAJointLogisticsSupportForcefromFebruaryO21toSeptember023wereretrospectivelyanalyzed anddividedintothecontrolgroupandtheoservatiogroupacordingtodiferenttreatmentmethods.52patintsinthecontrolgroup receivedtorasemidetreatment，and53patientsintheobservationgroupweretreatedwithivabradineonthebasisofthecontrolgroup. Theeffcacy，heatfilureindicators，qualityoflifendsafetywerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsThefectiveatein the observation group was higher than that in the control group （ P<0.05 ）.At3monthsof treatment，the levels of left ventricular ejectionfractionvascularendotelialgrowthfactor，andwalkingdistanein6ninthetwogroupswerehigherthanthosebeforetreat ment，and in the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ），and thelevels of left ventricular end-systolicdiameter，N-teminalprbrainnatriureticpeptideprecurso，cardiactroponinI，serumnitricoxide，brinnatrureticpeptide，and C-reactive proteinlevelsand Minnesotalivingwithheartfailurequestionnairescoreinthetwogroupswerehigherthanthosebefore treatment，and in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （ P<0.05） . There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P>0.05 ）.ConclusionIn elderly patients with CHF，Ivabradinecombindwithtorasemidecansignificantlyimprovevascularendothelialfunctioncardiacfunctionandmyocardialndexes， reduce the degree of heart failure，and improve the quality of lifeof patients.
