Evidence summary for the management of oral frailty in the elderly

[Abstract]ObjectiveToretrieve，evaluate，andintegratetheevidenceforthemanagementoforalfrailtyintheelderly， andtoprovidetheevidenceforscientificmanagement.MethodsBMJBestPractice，UpToDate，NationalInstituteforHealthnd CareExcellence，otishItecolgiatedelinsetwork，ederationtaireIteatonale，Webofce，ubed，o Library，CNKI，WanFangdatabaseandotherprofessoalrelatedwebsitesweresystematicallysearchdGuidelines，expertonensuses，evidencesummaries，systematiceviewsandrandomizedclicalrialseatedtooalfrailtyintheelderlyreincuded，withthe searchperiodfromtheestablishmentofthedatabasetoJanuary4，O24.3reseachersindependentlyevaluatethequalityofthelit erature，xtractandintegraterelevantevidence.ResultsAtotalof1Oarticleswereincluded，consistingof2guidelines，2expert consensuses，systematicreviewand5randomizedclinicaltrials，13piecesofbestevidencefromthreeaspectsweresummarizedin theasessment，reventionandinterventionofoalfriltyConclusionTeevidencefortemanagementofalfrailtyinteelderly summarizedintisstudyissientifcandpractical.Relevanpersoelinthehospitals，ommunities，andnursinghomescanusethe evidence to evaluate，prevent，and implement targeted interventions for oral frailty in the elderly.
