[Abstract]ObjectiveToanalyseandidentifythechemical componentsof Yinhua Miyanling Tablets,andto explorethe mechanism treatingacutepyelonephritis.MethodsToconductanalysisandidentificationofthechemicalcomponentsinYinhuaMiyanlingTabletsbyintegrationofliqudchromatogapmasspectrometry(LC-M),andtoexloretheposiblemechanissofaction bynetworkpharmacologyandmoleculardockingtechnology.ResultsAtotalof10lchemicalcomponentswerenewlyidentifiedin Yinhua MiyanlingTabletsbyLC-MS.Atotalof26coretargetswerescrenedoutbasedonnetworkpharmacology.Basedonnetwork pharmacologicalstrategy,atotalof1Okeytargetssuchasumornecrosisfactor,28keyactivechemicalcomponentssuchasPuerarin andkeypathwayssuchasadvanced glycationendproducts-receptorforadvancedglcationendproducts(AGE-RAGE)weresreened outforthehypolipidemicefectofYinhua MiyanlingTablets.Themoleculardockingresultsshowthatthebindingenergiesbetweenkey components and the key targets were all less than ,and stable hydrogen bonds can be formed. ConclusionYinhua MiyanlingTabletscontainavarietyofstructuraltypesofchemicalcomponentsthatcouldexertananti-acutepyelonephitiseffectthrough “ multi targets-multi pathways”.

急性肾盂肾炎是指肾盂黏膜及肾实质的急性感染性疾病,若不能得到及时有效的治疗,后期可并发脓毒血症、感染性休克,或发展为慢性肾盂肾炎、慢性肾衰竭,危及患者生命安全[1]。(剩余10864字)
