Abstract：Inthe past，the calculation of the Archives opening rate was mostly based ondividing the total number of Archives opened bythe total numberof Archives in that year.The resulting Archivesopeningrate was much lower than the foreign Archives opening rate，but this'algorithm'is not true.Reflects the opening rate of my country's collections and Archives.The conceptof'opening rate of expired fles was introduced，and throughanalysis of the actualopening rate of expired Archives in my country's comprehensive Archives，it was concludedthat the average opening rate of actual expired Archives from 2011 to 2022 was 84. 82% -88. 57% . It is not lower than abroad. It is recommended to usethe actual expiration file opening rate instead when studying the file opening issue.

对档案开放的研究，我国的不少学者执着于档案开放率，得出我国综合档案馆的馆藏档案开放率低且远远低于国外的档案开放率的结论，认为“我国综合档案馆的档案开放率大约为 22%～25% ，这与西方国家平均 70%～90% 的开放率相去甚远”。（剩余8383字）
