Abstract：This paperis basedonembedding theory，In-depthanalysisof theconnotationof embeddedserviceof scientificresearch Archives，embedded system basis and demand.analyzes four diferent embeddingdimensions， namely relational embedding，cognitive embedding，structural embedding and functional embedding，and constructs the service model of scientific research archive information embedding.Itis suggested to strengthen the supplyof highqualityscientificresearchArchivesinformationresources，buildembeddedservice teamsbasedonuser needs，enhance the core capabilies of research archive information embedding services，forma standard process andmechanism toensure embedded services，to promote the development of embedded service of scientific research archive information under the background of scientificand technological self-reliance.
