Abstract:Withthedepeningof thedigital transformationof personnelfiles,personnelfiles need touse large model technologyto givefullplaytoitsvalue.BasedonthecharacteristicsofpersonnelArchives,thispaperdemonstrates the necesityand feasibilityof large-scale model empowerment,and constructsalarge-scale model empowerment personnel Archivescycle of'Basicresource layer-high-level empowerment layer'.The formerrealizes the digital and intellectual leap of Archives management through digitization,tagging and cadre competency mapping,while the later focuses on scene innovation such as cadre selection,talent training and team optimization.Then,the developmentand utilizationofpersonnelfiles basedonthelarge modelarefacingmultidimensionalchallenges,and systematiccountermeasures are put forward to achieve the balance between technology empowerment and risk governance.
