Abstract:Inthe"15th Five-Year Plan"forarchivaldevelopment,thearchivalsector must transition from "resource preservation"to "serviceempowerment,"facilitating governanceadvisory functionsand the development of red (revolutionary)resources.Under thenationalstrategyofintegratingideologicalandpoliticaleducationintouniversity curriculaarchivaleducationstilfaceschallengessuchasinadequatecolborativemechanisms,insuficientdigital development,andincomplete evaluation systems.Buildingon thephasedachievementsof the"14th Five-Year Plan, "transforming archivalresources into scaable educational models iskey to strengthening ideologicaland political education througharchives.Alignedwiththe"15thFive-Year Plan's"directives-suchas"deliveringculturalresources tograssroots levels"and "empowering throughAltechnologies"-this studysystematicalyexplorestheinteractive principlesbetweenarchivaldevelopmentandideological-pliticaleducation undera"capacity-building"framework. It furtherexamines mechanisms forresourcecoordination,technological innovation,andevaluation feedback, aiming to achieve precise and sustainable archival integration into ideological-political education.
