Abstract：Inthe"15th Five-Year Plan"forarchivaldevelopment，thearchivalsector must transition from "resource preservation"to "serviceempowerment，"facilitating governanceadvisory functionsand the development of red （revolutionary）resources.Under thenationalstrategyofintegratingideologicalandpoliticaleducationintouniversity curriculaarchivaleducationstilfaceschallengessuchasinadequatecolborativemechanisms，insuficientdigital development，andincomplete evaluation systems.Buildingon thephasedachievementsof the"14th Five-Year Plan， "transforming archivalresources into scaable educational models iskey to strengthening ideologicaland political education througharchives.Alignedwiththe"15thFive-Year Plan's"directives-suchas"deliveringculturalresources tograssroots levels"and "empowering throughAltechnologies"-this studysystematicalyexplorestheinteractive principlesbetweenarchivaldevelopmentandideological-pliticaleducation undera"capacity-building"framework. It furtherexamines mechanisms forresourcecoordination，technological innovation，andevaluation feedback， aiming to achieve precise and sustainable archival integration into ideological-political education.
