Abstract：The'Compilationof ChineseTranslations of Mongolianand ManchuArchivesof Chifeng Region inthe Qing Dynasty'includes oficial documents formed bythe Zasak Ofice of Ongniud Right Banner during the Qing Dynasty inthe courseofperforming its functions.Itisa preciousfirst-handsource forstudying thepoliticaland legalsystems of Ongniud Right Banner.Based on the relevant Archives about the handling of civil cases inthe'Compilation of ChineseTranslationsof MongolianandManchuArchivesof Chifeng RegionintheQing Dynasty'，thisarticlesortsout theprocedures forresolving civil cases in Ongniud Right Banner during the Qing Dynasty，analyzes the diferences between the handling of civil cases in the Mongolian region and that in the inland areas，aiming to discover the local characteristics of the legal system in the Mongolian region during the Qing Dynasty and thereby gain a deeper understanding of the legal system in the Mongolian region during the Qing Dynasty.
