Abstract：In thecontextof digital transformation ineducation，eficient collboration between university busines systemsand archive systems is the key to enhancing campus management and informationizationconstruction of university Archives.However，the current lack of integration and integration has hindered the development of smart campuses.This article deeplyanalyzes the currentsituation of the integration and docking between the smart campus business system and thearchive system，explores core isses such as data fragmentation，mising standards， and management disconnection，proposes a collaborative systemstrategyfor integrated docking，and constructs an optimizationplanbasedonarchiveinformationsystem，institutionalmechanism，technologicalinnovation，business integration，and security guarantee from three dimensions （technicalpath，institutional norms，service mode）to one base （security guarantee），providing theoretical and practical solutions for the construction of system colaboration system，digital transformation of Archives，and integration of educational resources.
