数智启新： “十四五” 期间档案事业数智建设进展回望与 “十五五“启新提质发展前瞻

Abstract： During the 14th Five-Year Plan period， China's archival work has driven high-quality development through technological innovation，digital transformation，andeficiencyenhancement，achieving historicaccomplishments and comprehensive progress.As we approach the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan，this paper systematically reviews the achievements and shortcomings in the digital-inteligent construction of archival work during the 14th Five-Year Plan. Aligning with new historical imperatives and national strategic needs，it proposes innovative pathways for digital-inteligent development from three dimensions： conceptual renewal to guide development directionbyadhering to the value orientation of'Service-orientedapplication'; technological innovation to inject dynamicmomentum through diversified high-qualitydevelopment practices;and institutional reform to consolidate foundations byestablishinga'collaborative-integrated'governance framework.The studyprovides both theoretical and practical references for advancing high-quality development in archival work.
