            Abstract:China has achieved phased progress in constructing narrative frameworks and multi-format utization (e.g. publications,exhibitions,education,cultural products)for itsredarchivesresources.However,challengespersist, including insufficient systemic integrationof resourcesand limited development depth.This studyproposes artistic narrativeasacoreinnovativeapproach,underpinned byathree-dimensional theoretical framework integrating narratology,cultural memory theory,and semiotics.This framework achieves the dual objectives of historical authenticityand enhancedartiticimpact.Atthepractical level,itadvancestesystematicorganizationofarchival resources,strengthens digital preservation and multi-channel acquisition,and promotes cross-media narrative inovation.Exemplifiedbylive-action performances,this involves developingcultural tourismprojects through the integrationof literature,film,and immersive technologies,alongside launching distinctive culturalandcreative productsandfilmadaptations.Concurrentlyitestablishes inter-institutionalcollaborationnetworks(amongarchives, museums,memorial hals)and engages social forces incollaborativedevelopment.The research demonstrates that deepening artistic narrative through modern technology can refine archival narative theory and practice,deepen understanding ofred archives resources,activate their culturalvalue,andfaclitate high-quality narrative initiatives.
