Abstract:Thispaperexplores theconceptand characteristicsofanAl-generatedarchivaldatabrainanditspotential applicationsin archival management. Based on the innovationof generative articial inteligence technology,the archivaldata brain has broken through the traditional utilization mode of archival dataand canachieve in-depth mining of archival data，new content generation,multimodal integration，andinteligent prediction.Thearticle systematicaly elaborates onthe construction logic and core functions of the generative archival data brain from five aspects:system characteristics,functions,externalizationperformance,circuitconstruction,andcellcultivation. Theresearch shows that this technology not only enhances the service capacity of archival data in governance andemergency decision-makingbut alsopromotes the inteligent transformation of archival management models, demonstrating significant practical value and theoretical significance.
