Abstract To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with severe pulmonary arterial hypertension complicated with low birth weight undergoing double lung transplantation.The nursing points included being alert to postoperative primary graft dysfunction and heart failure; early intervention and vigilance against the occurrence of malignant arrhythmias;extracorporeal membrane oxygenation management; multidisciplinary team collaboration，early implementation of nutritional support;early implementation of personalized limb rehabilitation and diaphragmatic function exercises.After careful treatment and care，the patient recovered and discharged 71 days after surgery.
