情感交互模式联合结构式心理干预在原发不孕症体外受精失败女性中的应用

Abstract Objective：To explore the application effects of emotional interaction model combined with structured psychological intervention in women with primary infertility following failed in vitro fertilization.Methods：A total of 180 women with primary infertility who experienced in vitro fertilization at the reproductive medicine center of Shanxi Children's Hospital were selected as study subjects by convenience sampling from December 2019 and December 2021. Patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group（90 patients each）. The control group received structured psychological intervention alone， while obeservation group received emotional interaction model combined with structured psychological intervention.Negative emotions， family functioning， hope level， and coping style were compared between the two groups.Results：In the observation group cases，post-intervention scores of both the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale were lower than baseline and concurrent control group measurements. The cohesion and adaptability scores of Chinese Version of Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale Ⅱ were higher than baseline and concurrent control group measurements.Family typology improvements were superior to the control group.All dimensional scores of Herth Hope Index and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire were better than baseline and concurrent control group measurements （all P<0.05 ）.Conclusions： The emotional interaction model combined with structured psychological intervention was beneficial for reducing negative emotions in women with primary infertility following failed in vitro fertilization.It could also improve family functioning， enhance hope levels， and promote patients to adopt positive coping strategies.
