Abstract Objective： To explore the research trends and hotspots in the field of lifestyle nursing care for patients with cardiometabolic multimorbidity.Methods：Studies related to lifestyle nursing care for patients with cardiometabolic multimorbidity were retrieved from the Web of Science， PubMed， and Scopus databases. And retrieval time was from January 1， 2014， to August 31， 2024. CiteSpace software was used to analyze the annual publication trends of lifestyle nursing care for patients with cardiometabolic multimorbidity.The co⁃authorship network analysis was conducted to analyzed collaboration patterns of authors.The dual-map overlays was conducted to visualize citation relationships between journals.The co⁃citation analysis was conducted to explore the knowledge evolution of the impact of lifestyle of patients with cardiometabolic multimorbidity. VOSviewer and Pajek were used for keyword analysis to identify research hotspots and frontiers of lifestyle nursing care for patients with cardiometabolic multimorbidity.Results：The annual number of publications on lifestyle nursing care for patients with cardiometabolic multimorbidity showed overall upward trend.The United States contributed the most publications，and "Chang W" was the most prolific author.Dual-map overlays of journals revealed interdisciplinary connections between nursing and health sciences. The results of keyword analysis showed that cardiovascular diseases， obesity， physical activity， diabetes mellitus， female， and middle-aged were primary research targets. While risk factors， incidence， and body mass index were primary research focuses.Most studies employed controlled trials and cross ⁃ sectional studies. Conclusions： Research on lifestyle nursing care for patients with cardiometabolic multimorbidity was in a phase of rapid development. Future studies should enhance international and interdisciplinary collaboration. The research focus was progressively shifting toward investigating the physical-mental health coordination in diverse populations，such as pregnant women and adolescents.
