Abstract Objective:To analyze dynamic change in bacterial colony concentration during burn surgery and to explore its influencing factors. Methods: A total 206 burn wound repair surgeries performed in 3 class Ⅲ clean operating rooms at People's were selected for dynamic air quality monitoring from February to July 2024.The dynamic change in bacterial colony concentration and influencing factors were analyzed.Results:Among the 206 surgeries, the overall air quality compliance rate during the procedures was 81.1%(167/206) . Significant differences were observed in bacterial colony concentrations between the pre ⁃ surgery (static),skin incision,30 minutes into surgery,and 60 minutes into surgery (P<0.05) .Additionally,a significant difference was found between wound closure and the pre⁃surgery(static) 60 minutes into surgery (P<0.05) .The results multivariate analysis showed that the influencing factors bacterial colony concentration during surgery included the total number people in operating room during the surgical process, door⁃opening frequency during the surgical process,the daily number surgical operations,and duration surgery (P<0.05) .Conclusions: Bacterial colony concentration exhibited dynamic changes during burn surgery.The total number people in operating room during the surgical process,door⁃opening frequency during the surgical process,the daily number surgical operations,and duration surgery were influencing factors bacterial colony concentration during operation.
