基于4C 延续护理理念的护理干预在结直肠癌造口病人中的应用

Abstract Objective：To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on the 4C continuous nursing concept for colostomy patients with colorectal cancer. Methods： A total of 100 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method，with 50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were given nursing according to the standard nursing process，and the patients in intervention group were given nursing intervention based on the 4C continuous nursing concept on the basis of the control group.The psychological state and self⁃care ability of the 2 groups were compared.Results：After the intervention， the depression score in the intervention group was 40.275±2.926 ， which was lower than that before intervention（ 67.250±4.005 and the control group 64.425±4.679 during the same period.The anxiety score in the intervention group was（42.054±3.088） ，which was lower than that before intervention （56.112±3.452） and that in the control group 45.244±3.952 during the same period.The score of self-care ability in the intervention group was ⟨126.700±3.770⟩ ， which was higher than that before intervention ⟨73.100±4.495⟩ and that in the control group 99.500±7.165， ， and the differences were statistically significant（all P<0.05 ）.Conclusions：The implementation of nursing intervention based on the 4C continuous nursing concept on the basis of the standard nursing process is m ore conducive to alleviate depression and anxiety of patients，and improve self⁃care ability of patients.
