护士社会资本量表的汉化及信效度检验

Abstract Objective：To sinicize the Social Capital of Nursing Scale（SCON） and to test its reliability and validity.Methods：The original scale was translated according to the modified Brislin questionnaire translation model.And cross⁃cultural adjustment and pre⁃investigation were carried out to form the Chinese version of SCON for formal survey.A total of 401 registered nurses from a tertiary grade A hospital in Baoding city were selected as the research subjects from September 27 to November 21，2023 by convenience sampling method to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results：The Chinese version of SCON was divided into 4 dimensions（external trust，solidarity and empowerment;internal trust， solidarity and harmony;participation and affiliation;social cohesion with co ⁃workers） w ith 22 item s. T he cumulative variance contribution rate of the 4 common factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 extracted by exploratory factor analysis was 64.429% . And the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the χ2/ν was 1.197. The root mean squared error was 0.046. The root mean square residual was 0.022.The comparative goodness of fit index was 0.991.Tucker⁃Lewis index was 0.990.And incremental fit index was 0.991. The average scale⁃level content validity index of the Chinese version of SCON was 0.912.And the item⁃level content validity index were ranged from 0.857 to 1.000.The average variance extracted of the 4 dimensions of the Chinese version of SCON all > 0.45.And composite reliability all> 0.7.The overall Cronbach ′s α coefficient of the scale was 0.922.The test⁃retest reliability was 0.752. And the split⁃half reliability was 0.924.Conclusions：The Chinese version of SCON has good reliability and validity.It can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the nurses' workplace social capital in China.
