Abstract Objective:To explore the heterogeneity and influencing factors of the dyadic coping levels of pregnant women with infectious diseases and their spouses. Methods:A total of 201 pairs of pregnant women with infectious diseases and their spouses were surveyed using a general information questionnaire, the Dyadic Coping Inventory, the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale, the Self⁃ Rating Anxiety Scale, and the Locke ⁃ Wollance Marital Adjustment Scale. Results: The dyadic coping of pregnant women with infectious diseases and their spouses could be divided into three latent classes: the high dyadic coping group (62.7%) ,the moderate dyadic coping group (31.3% ), and the low dyadic coping group (6.0% ).The monthly per capita family income, the length of marriage, the number of abortions, the anxiety levels of the patients and their spouses, and the intimate relationship were the influencing factors of the latent classes of the dyadic coping of pregnant women with infectious diseases and their spouses ( ΔP<0.05 ).Conclusions:The dyadic coping levels of pregnant women with infectious diseases and their spouses are at a moderate level, with heterogeneity present. Medical staff should formulate more targeted intervention measures based on the category characteristics and influencing factors of different patients and their spouses to improve their dyadic coping levels.
