AbstractInindustrialEPCprojects,equipmentandmaterialprocurementcosttypicallyaccounts foroverhalfof thetotal contractvalue,ithitsaageentctlypatingeralloectprofabilityhdule,ndualityialy analyzehowprocurementmanagementinfluencesprojectprofitmargins,thisstudyfocusesonkeystagesincludingprocurementcost analysis,procuentplaing,tneringdrocremnt,delryispedistalliomsiog.Itelboatot totalcostofownership(TCO)-basedprocurementcoststructureandproposesdiferentiatedprocurementstrategiesalongwith modularizedandstandardizedprocurementsolutions.Thefindingsdemonstratethatoptimizingprocurementproceses,enhancing suppliercolaboaondstrngteningostotrolcanielyireaseprofitontrbtiosfroprjectpocuemetctiiis, thereby providing management support for achieving the project's overall profitability objectives.
