AbstractInindustrialEPCprojects，equipmentandmaterialprocurementcosttypicallyaccounts foroverhalfof thetotal contractvalue，ithitsaageentctlypatingeralloectprofabilityhdule，ndualityialy analyzehowprocurementmanagementinfluencesprojectprofitmargins，thisstudyfocusesonkeystagesincludingprocurementcost analysis，procuentplaing，tneringdrocremnt，delryispedistalliomsiog.Itelboatot totalcostofownership（TCO）-basedprocurementcoststructureandproposesdiferentiatedprocurementstrategiesalongwith modularizedandstandardizedprocurementsolutions.Thefindingsdemonstratethatoptimizingprocurementproceses，enhancing suppliercolaboaondstrngteningostotrolcanielyireaseprofitontrbtiosfroprjectpocuemetctiiis， thereby providing management support for achieving the project's overall profitability objectives.
