AbstractToaddresstheconstructionof elevated watertanksinhigh-altitudeandseverelycoldenvironments，aprefabricated self-insulatingstructuralsstemisproposed.Intissystem，theofslabadoptsreiforcedautoclavedlightweightaeratedcocrete （ALC）panels，whichintegrateload-bearingandthermalinsulationfunctions.Basedonanelevatedwatertankprojectforahighaltudeconcentrato，teesigandimplemenationprocessoftissystemareelaboratedidetailisiludesoofslabelection andthermal performancecalculations，theconnectiondesignbetweenALCpanelsandprecastbeamsandcolumns，thecastin-place anti-seepagetreatmentofsidewallandasesabsandteoverallsructuralfrcetransferpathdsign.Practicehasdemonstatedthat thisprefabricatedself-insulatingsystemferssignificantadvantagesinsmplifngconstruction，shortengtheprojecttielin，ad reducing costs，providing a reliable reference for water tank projects under similarly harsh environmental conditions.
