AbstractTooptimizecapitalcostandoperatingcostsofaconcentratorinahigh-alituderegion，atechnicalandeconomic comparisonwasconductedforthree production lineschemesproposedforacopper-cobaltsulfideoreconcentratorprojectinthe DemocraticRepublicof the Congo.Basedontheprocessflowanddesignedcapacityoftheconcentrator，thestudycomprehensively compared Scheme I （two independent parallel lines）， Scheme I （partially shared lines），and Scheme Il （a single production line） in termsof equipmentconfiguration，building area，capital investment，andoperatingcosts.TheresultsindicatethatScheme Il offers significantdvanagesipmntsale，rocsintesfiationuatitiofiviloksdistalledowerapacityingte lowestcapitalinvestmentandoperatingcostswhilefacilitatingautomationcontrolandmaintenancemanagement.SchemeI demonstratesthebestoveralltechnicalandeconomicperformance，makingitthemostsuitablefortheconcentratorconstructinin high-altitude regions with complex construction conditions.
