AbstractThispaper explores intellgentupgrading pathwayssforthe integratedautomation system incoppersmeltingplants, addresing fourmajorchalenges:harshenvironments,adfluctuations,equipmentmaintenance,anddatamanagement.Theproposed pathwaysinclude:enhancingdataacqusitioncapabiliesthroughinteligentsensingandwirelesssensornetworks;achievingadaptive precisiocontolbyintegratingdyaicodelsithartfalitellgenceagors;optiingoperatioalotoingvialouddge colaborativearcitectures;andintegatingultsourcedatabasdeonindustrialIplatfos.Furthermore,itisrcomededto focusoncoreprsssodaceitellnttrol,nliooftelligntdelsopatebocsaa productionlineunits,andestablishcollborativesafeguardmechanisms.These measuresareaimedatsystematicalldrivingthe effective transition of copper smelting plants from automation to intelligence.
