AbstractTakingthespongecityfacilitydesignofagoldsmeltingprojectasanexample，andbasedonthediferentpolutant typesandenvironmentalcontamiationrisksinitsnorthemandsoutheareas，specificspongecityfacilitiessuchaslowelevation greenbelts，peeableavingitialinwaterlctioanks，ndsoaterstoageanserespetielylidtotolte totalrainfallnofdiitialnofftantsfodifetuderlngsucsaualtotalinfallunofontrolod theinitialrunofpolutantsreductionratewereanalyzedandverifiedthrough waterbalanecalculationsandtheformulaforcalculating theinitialrunoffpolutantreductionload.Teresultsdemonstratetattespongecityflitydesignfortisgoldsmeltingprojectcan meet the indicator requirements stipulated by the local superior Sponge City plan.
