The Effect of“College Students ’Mental Health ”Course on Students Psychological Maturity and Ideological and Moral Teaching

Abstract: This paper analyzes the effect of course teaching on students’psychological maturity and ideology and morality through the comparison of the survey results before and after“College Students’Mental Health” course. The results show that mental health course can improve students’social adaptability, personality perfec⁃ tion and psychological maturity. It can play a positive role in improving psychological quality and other aspects. The result also indicates that the course can help students form positive outlooks on value, life and world, improve moral level, enhance national pride, and advance the identification of the country and social system.

中国高校心理健康教育起步于20 世界80 年代中期,在30余年的发展过程中,心理健康教育与思想政治教育的结合由浅及深,互相影响,成为双方改革和发展的特色[1]。(剩余5426字)
