摘要:目的 通过量化分析和集中培训,促进呼吸科住院医师规范化培训基地师资教学能力的改进和提高。方法 调查香港大学深圳医院呼吸科带教师资能力现状,设计结构化培训课程进行系统化培训与考评,记录培训过程,分析考评结果,制订改进措施。结果 根据现有师资情况,设计师资培训课程和能力考评程序。分析显示,师资综合带教能力评分最低(66. 6±3. 8)分,最高(86. 8±3. 5)分,差异有统计学意义(P

Construction of Teachers’ Capacity in Respiratory Resident Training Base

Abstract:Objective To promote the improvement and enhancement of the teaching capacity of the standard? ized training base for respiratory residents through quantitative analysis and centralized training. Methods The current status of teachers’ capacity of the respiratory department at the University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen Hospital was investigated, structured training courses were designed to conduct systematic training and evalu? ation, the training process was recorded, the evaluation results were analyzed, and improvement measures were formulated. Results Based on the current situation of teachers, teachers’ training courses and procedures of capacity evaluation were designed.
