BigFood View isa multi-level and wide-field concept.It goes beyond the scope of traditional food.Big Food View considerscompliance，andalso takes food qualityand safety，supply chain managementand dietarynutrition intoaccount.Thisarticleis basedon the current food safety status of hospital canteens.In accordance with theconcept of Big Food View，itanalyzes how to builda diversified foodsafetysystem for hospital canteens.Through multi-dimensional measures such as expanding food sources，optimizing supply chainmanagement，strengthening supervision，and improvingstaffquality，wecanensure the food safetyof hospitalcanteens，provide nutritiousand hygieniccatering services，and ensure the healthof patients and medical staff.
