AbstractObetie]Tostudyesieelnationreglarityoflofencolinllo-feathredlenddeteetdraalpod.[Method]36 healthychickens(bodyweight )were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups. The first group was used as the blank control group,and the other 5 groups were given .The drug was given with concentrated water twice a day for5 days. The muscle,liver,kidney and sebum of yellow-feathered broiler were collected ,1d, ,5 dand after drug withdrawal,respectively.The residueaountofofecolandfofecoleinisueplesasteindbghpefoanceliqudcromatogahadeas spectrometry,ndteithdrawalperiodascaluatedbyW.4softare.esultrfencondflofenicolmineremiedinliver cle,kidneyand sebum of yelow-feathered broilers immediatelyafter withdrawal,andtheresidue reachedits peak at ,and the residual amountwaslargestinkidney.Thewithdrawal periodofflorfenicolinmuscle liver kidneyandsebumof yellow-featheredbroilerswas 3.46 d, 4.16 d and ,respectively.[Conclusion]According to the Guidelines for the Elimination Test of Veterinary Drug Residues of the MinistryofAgricultureandRuralAfairs,thwithdrawalperiodof thetesteddrugflrfenicolinchickenswasrecommendedtobe5days.
