AbstractTostudytheefectofspemiineiductionontegerinatiovigorofsugarbetsdsundersaltakalinestress，providinga reticalbasisfortesearchonugarbtgationundersalalkalinetress.Usingsugaresdssthexperietalmaterialthe effectfspermidineonthegerminationvigorofsugarbeetsdsundersaltstresswasanalyzedthroughspemidineinductionndsalstress treatents.Drigtlsoc，stcatieadtgatiotialatite length，geminatioidex，ndvigodexalldreased.UnderaCltrss，usingaeainamountofsperdinetoiducesugare couldsignificantlyprootesdgenatioIncotrast，igonentratiosofspdineouldihibitsedgeriatioAtaNCc tration of ，the difference in various indicators of sugar bee seeds significantly decreased，and seed germination was inhibited. Spermidineinductioncouldefectivelyimproethesalttoleranceofsugarbts，with1.ol/Lsperdineinductionbeingthtialo centration to mitigate salt stress and promote sugar beet seed germination.
