大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)是一种广泛分布于自然界、人类和动物的革兰氏阴性人兽共患病原菌,它不仅严重危害畜禽养殖业发展,还可以通过污染的蔬菜、饮水、动物源产品及其他食品导致食源性疾病的发生,从而威胁人类健康和公共卫生安全[1-2];此外,大肠杆菌多重耐药情况严峻,这些耐药菌株和耐药基因可以通过环境和食物链引起公共卫生安全问题[3-4]。(剩余8025字)
