AbstractIndetetrentifytedominantmrorganssonthelaesofZmbabweantbacctobcoompoentsaoctatios (volume fractions) of 0 % 2 . 5 % 5 . 0 % and 1 0 . 0 % were added to simulate the microbial growth environment on the surface of tobacco leaves , toscreentheoncetratooftbaccoeavessitableficoialgowthtoexploesiableobacocuemedmpreparatioodiiost analyzetheesipooffbctcatistatedf cificmicrorgansms.Thesultssowedthatorespeificmicrobalcommunitiescouldbeisolatedenthetbaccoleafculturemedimwas adjusted to at concentrations of 2 . 5 % and 5 . 0 % after sterilization.Metagenomic sequencing technology was used to determine the communitydistributionofmicrorgansmsontesufaceof tobaccoleavesin Zimbabwe.ItwasfoundtatBacilusadaighrelativeabundancin the culture medium at concentrations of 0 % , 2 . 5 % and 5 . 0 % ,and after the addition of tobacco to the culture medium,Terribacillus became the dominant species.The genera with higher relative abundance on tobacco culture medium at concentrations of 2 . 5 % and 5 . 0 % included Piscibaillu,Amplsiohd,sofateof were identified,such as Bacillus species of the genus Bacillus,Bacillus veleis and Bacillus subtilis.
