AbstractSpring plowing preparation refers to the production preparation activities carred out by farmers to create optimal growth conditions for cropsandensure agricultural harvests and foodsecurity before sowing.The current situation of spring plowing preparation in Chaohu，Anhui，was focused onand elaborated，itsareasneeding improvement were further analyzed，and targeted development suggestions were finally put forward.At present，the planting intentions in the studyareashowedadiversified trend;the marketsupplyof majoragricultural means of production such as seeds，pesticidesandagricultural films was relatively suficient;agricultural technologies such as soil testing and formulated fertilization and inteligent irrgation have been widelypromotedand applied;scientific field management measures were implemented according to the differences in seedling conditions of early spring wheat and rapeseed in production.However，areas such asrural labor force，agricultural informationaccess channels，agricultural production funds and agricultural infrastructure still needed further strengthening and improvement.Basedon this，a seriesof developmentsuggestionswereput forward，including establishingadiversifiedatraction mechanism to enhancethe attractivenessof ruralareas to young and middle-aged people in terms of employmentoportunities and living security，so as to promote the return of the labor force; analyzing information such as agricultural markets and scienceand technology，andaccuratelyconveyitto farmers through radio，online platformsand other channels to providereferences forscientific decision-making; increasing agricultural-related investment，implementing various subsidies to ensure farmers’benefits;increasing capital and technology investment in farmland water conservancy， fieldroadsandother fields to improve infrastructure.This paper provides areference for thesustainableagricultural development of relevant regions.
