复合菌制剂施用量对红枣地土壤铅、镉形态及酶活性的影响

AbstractTo explore the efects of compound microbial agents onthe forms of lead (Pb)andcadmium(Cd),as wel as soil enzyme activities in jujubeorchard soils,and to screen the optimal application dosage,this study took jujubeplanting soil as the research object,with clear waterset as the control group.Five dosage treatments of compound microbial agents (with astrainratioof Bacilus subtilis : rhizobia : Pseudomonas spp.: Rhodopseudomonas palustris =1: )were designed,namely T1 (1.50kg/hm2 ,T2 3.00kg/hm2 ),T3( 4.50kg/hm2 ),T4(6.00 kg/hm²),and T5 (7.50kg/hm2 ).The contents of different forms of Pb and Cd in soil,as well as the activities of urease, sucrase,and catalase,weredetermined for each group.Theresults showed thatthe T4 treatment exhibitedthe best regulatory effect on the forms of soil Pb and Cd: compared with the control group,the content of exchangeable Pb in T4 decreased by (20号 19.88% ,while the content of residual Pb increased by 181.76% ; the content of exchangeable Cd decreased by 57.14% and the content of residual Cd increased by 200.00% . In terms of soil enzyme activities,the T4 treatment also showed overall superiority: it had the highest catalase activity among all treatments,the urease activity was 105.17% higher than thatof the control group,andthe sucrase activity was higher than thatof the control groupand the T1 group. Comprehensivelyconsidering thetransformationeficiencyofheavy metal formsandthepromotion efectonsoil enzyme activities,the optimal recommended applicationdosage of the compound microbial agent for jujube orchards was determined to be 6.00kg/hm2 .This study can provide a reference for the biological regulation of heavy metal pollution in jujube orchard soil and the safe production of forest fruits.
