AbstractTo further optimize the grape planting structure in the Weinan area of Shaanxi Province,this paper took the maingrape variety Sunshine Muscat inthe study areaas the controland conducted introduction experiments onthe 2 introduced grape varieties,Yongyou No.1and Xinyu.Thephenological period,net photosynthetic rate and other photosyntheticcharacteristicsof leaves,singlegrainweightandother fruitphysicaland chemical indicators,soluble solidcontent andother fruit physical and chemical indicatorsof3 tested grape varieties were determined.The results showedthat Yongyou No.1 was a late-maturing variety and Xinyu was a mid-maturing variety.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductanceand transpirationrateof the leavesof Xinyu were significantly higher than thoseof he control group.Itcould produce and accumulate more carbohydrates within aunit of time,which was beneficial to fruit growth.The fruitof Xinyu hadarelatively heavy individual weight,high hardnes,large longitudinal and transverse diameters,and showed good fruit characteristics.Among the 3 testedvarieties,thecontents of soluble solids,reducing sugarand ascorbic acid in the fruits of Xinyu were all relatively high,which were 20.17% , 194.74g/L and

5.47mg/100 g respectively.The titratable acid content of Xinyu fruits was relatively low,andthe solid-acid ratio of the fruits was higher than that of Yongyou No.1 and Sunshine Muscat,which was 77.58.The fruit maturity,sweetness and taste flavor were good.Inconclusion,both the Yongyou No.1and Xinyu grape varieties wereable toripen normally in thestudyarea,and theiroverall fruit traitsweregood.Among them,theoverallperformanceof Xinyu israther prominent,and it has a promising prospect for promotion and application in production.
