AbstractThe advantages，types，production processes，color treatment technologies，and preservation methods of driedflowers weresystematicallyexplored，iming toprovide practicaltechnicalreferences fordriedflowerproduction enthusiastsand theoreticalsupport for the standardized and large-scale developmentofthe dried flower industry.The coreadvantagesof dried flowers liein using natural plantsasraw materials，whichcanretaintheoriginal shape and color of plants，havealong ornamentalperiod，breakthroughthelimitationofflowering periods torealize free matching， and feature diverse application methods as well as low costs and low risks in the circulation link.In terms of classification，driedflowers canbedivided into three-dimensionalflowersandflatflowers byshape;bycolortreatment method，theycan bedivided intooriginal-colordried flowers，bleached dried flowers，dyed driedflowers，and painted dried flowers.In terms of production processes，thecollction of flower materialsshould beselected according to application scenarios，and post-harvest flower materials need to be preserved，trimmed and matched with appropriate equipment;drying methods include pressed flower drying，natural drying，desiccantembedding drying，andartificial environment-controlleddrying.Colortreatment technologies includechemicalcolorretention，dyeing，and painting.For preservation，itisnecessrytoavoid light，highhumidity，andinsectinfestation;driedflowersarerecommended tobe placed inadry，well-ventilated，and clean environment，and insect prevention measures should betaken when necessary.Inthe future，with the innovation of driedflower technology and the expansion of application scenarios，the dried flower industry is expected toplayagreaterroleinthe fields of decoration，art，and environmental protection， hercontributing to the sustainable development of related industries.
