AbstractTo understand the characteristics of the occurrence of rapeseed Sclerotinia disease and promote its green prevention and control，tis paper adopted systematic investigation and field census methods to conductan investigation onthe occurrence of rapeseed Sclerotinia disease in rice-rapeseed rotation fields，upland crop-rapeseed rotation fields andupland continuous cropping rapeseed fields within Chaohu City in 2O21-2024.The results indicated that the overallseverityofrapeseed Sclerotiniadisease inthe studyarea was moderate，with arelativelysevereoccurrence in upland continuous cropping rapeseed fields.The final disease investigation showed thatthe average stem disease rate was 6% and the average disease index was 3.3.The main reasons for the occurrence of Sclerotinia disease in the study area weretheabundantsourceof bacteriainthefield，therapid growth of the disease inthefield，the weak resistanceof the varietyand therainy climateconditions.Inviewof thecharacteristics ofrapeseed Sclerotinia disease，this study proposed green prevention and controltechnologies including theselection of disease-resistant varieties，rational crop rotation，seed treatmentand pathogen source control，implementation of healthycultivation management，thresholdbased controland precise pesticideapplication，nd biological control using biocontrolagents.Comprehensiveresearch showed that exploring green prevention and control technologiessuitable for rapeseed Sclerotinia disease in the study areacan effectivelycontrol the occurrence of rapeseed Sclerotinia disease and reduce the lossrate ofrape，promote the healthy and effctive high quality development of rape planting. This paper provides a reference for high yield rape in the study area.
