Research on the application of water-saving irrigation technology in farmland water conservancyprojects

AbstractTheapplication advantages and effectiveness of commonly used water-saving irrigation techniques in farmland water conservancy projects were analyzed, their current application status was discussed,and corresponding strategies wereproposed.Techniquessuchasdripirrigation,sprinkleriigation,micro-iigation,low-pressure pipe irigation,andchannel seepage prevention significantlyenhance waterresourceutilization ficiency.Practical aplication requires optimizing technology integration based onregional characteristics.However,challenges remain in farmers’awarenessof water conservation,project funding,management systems,and scientific selectionof iigation technologies.Toaddressthese issues,strategies are proposed such as enhancing farmers’awarenessthrough new media campaigns; expanding diversified funding channelsviagovernment-socialcapital colaboration;establishingafulcycle regulatory system covering design,construction,and maintenance,and scientificalladapting technologies to geographicand croprequirements;scientificallyadapting water-saving technologiesaccording togeographical characteristics and crop demands This research provides a reference for the promotion and application of water-saving irrigation technologies in farmland water conservancy projects.
