花龄对兔眼蓝莓自花授粉花粉管动力学和胚囊寿命的影响

AbstractTo investigate the effectofflower ageon the growth ofself-pollinated pollen tubesand the lifespan of embryo sacs in rabbit-eye blueberries,‘Powderblue’rabbit-eye blueberrywas usedas experimental material,the flowersof differentflowerages (O,1,2,3,4,5,6,and7daysaftermaleremoval) wereself-pollinated.Andthethe germination of pollen,growth of pollen tube,and embryosac longevity development were observed.The results showed thatflowerage hadasignificant effecton the dynamicsof pollentubes inself-polliationrabbit-eye blueberies.During the ballon flowering period(Odaysafter male removal),self-polination delayed the germination of pollen tubes,but theproportionof styleswith pollen tube growth tothebase was the highest.The larger theflowerage,the lower the proportion of styles with pollen tubes growing to the base.Theratio of callose in theembryo sac increased with the increase of theageofself-pollnating flowers,among them,theratioof callus formation intheovules was lowerfromOto 1dayafter maleremoval,indicating thattheolder theflowerage,themoreseverethedegenerationofovules in the ‘Powderblue’rabbit-eye blueberry. Comprehensive analysis showed that pollination during the ballon flowering period of‘Powderblue’rabbit-eye blueberry can alleviate self incompatibility to a certain extent.
