Abstract：Extracelularvesicles（EVs），nanoscalelipidbilayervesiclesactivelysecretedbyorganismsintotheextracelular environment，are rich inspecific bioactive substances，such asproteins，genetic materialsandlipids.Thesevesiclesare involved inintercellarinteractionsandcanpassthroughthebloodbranbarrier，andmaythuspotentiallyserveasiotant biologicalsubstancesfortreatmentofeurologicaldiseases.InthisreviewwesummarizethebiologicalorigiofEVndtheir therapeutic potentialinneurological disease，expoundtheposibilityof EV-based treatmentof neurologicaldiseases using traditionalCinesemedicinandiscussthecallengesandprospctsofresearcheofEsforthereatingneurologicaleases.
