CountermeasuresfortheDevelopmentof Jiaxing from"Green"to "Gold"

Abstract：Theconcept of‘green mountainsaregolden mountains’isanimportant part of Xi Jinping‘s thought onecologicalcivilisation，and has become the theoretical basis for promoting theconstruction of China‘s ecological civilisation.Jiaxing hasexploredauniqueecological modelandsetupthe‘GreeningJiaxing'alliance，whichisasolidsociallfoundation forthecontinuousimprovementofecological qualityandthepro motionofJiaxing‘stransformation from‘green’to‘gold'.Byanalysingthecurrent situationand problemsin Jiaxing，we propose strategies toimprove Jiaxing‘secological qualityfrom‘green'to‘gold'intermsofinfrastructure，ecological compensation，resourceaggregationand publicawareness，etc.These strategiesinclude：coordinatingtheoperationofthemechanism，acceleratingtheconstructionoftheinfrastructurenetwork；establishinganecologicalcompensation mechanismand improvingtheregulatory system;establishing an ecological compensationsystem;and establishing anecological monitoring system.The strategy of Jiaxingfrom‘green’to‘gold’istocoordinate the operationof themechanism，acceleratetheconstructionof infrastructure support network；establishtheecological compensation mechanismand improve the supervision system;establishtheecological compensation mechanismand improve the supervisionsystem;deepenthepublicawarenessofenvironmental protection，andruntheecological home together.Bycouplingtheadvantages of infrastructure，ecological compensation，resource aggregation，public awareness，etc.，we can work to gethertosolvetheenvironmentalpollution problems inJiaxing City，and further promotethedevelopmentof Jiaxing City from‘green'to‘gold'path.
