为什么美国悍然发动全球贸易战？截至2025年3月底，美国联邦政府债务总额已经突破36万亿美元，而美国联邦政府的收人主要来源于六种税，即个人所得税、企业所得税、社会保险税、消费税、遗产与赠与税、关税，其中前五种税是对国内民众和企业征收，关税是对进口和出口商品征收，所以美国为化解债务危机，只有两种选择：一是增加国内民众和企业的税收负担，这会直接减少居民可支配收人，同时减少企业用于扩大生产、投人研发的资金，消费和生产双双下降；二是增加国外进口商品的税收负担，美国是全球最大进口国，以此为谈判筹码，可以要挟各出口国分担联邦政府债务，即贸易战的真正目的是美国妄图向全球转嫁债务危机。（剩余10066字）
