Abstract：The spiritual lineage ofthe Communist Party of China contains richcultural connotation and spiritualvalue，which providesimportant ideological resources and guidance for thecultural construction of privateenterprises.Feelingsforthepeople，dedication，positiveprogressand seekingtruth fromfacts arethedistinctivebackgroundofthe spiritual lineageof Chinese Communists，whichrespectivelyreflect theParty‘soriginalintentionforthepeople，thecharacterof selflessdedication，the spiritofcontinuous explorationandinnovation，andthescientificand pragmaticideological line.Thespiritualpedigree of Chinese Communists plays aleading role in the construction of theculture of private enterprises，whichis manifested in guiding the value orientation of enterprises，enhancing the sense of social responsibility， advocating the entrepreneurial spirit of hard work and shaping the core value of enterprises.Inithe way of practice，weshould strengthenour idealsandbeliefs，andleadithedirectionoftheconstructionof private enterprise culture; Inherit the spirit of revolutionary struggle and cultivate the entrepreneurial culture of hardwork inprivateenterprises;Practicethemasslineand buildaharmonious teamcultureof privateenterprises;Adhere toseeking truth fromfacts andcreateallearningculture for the innovation and develop ment of private enterprises.
