Abstract:Inlthe context of reforming“Breaking the Five Traditional Educational Evaluation Standard”in the newera,discarding the practice of“only papers,only tags,only professional titles,only academic qualifications,and only awards”will help promote the substantial improvement of educational qualityand theall-rounddevelopment of teachers’comprehensive personalqualities.Based on the reviewofthecontent ofthelprofessional titleevaluation and appointment systemfor teachersinapplication-oriented colleges, thearticlefurther analyzes thecurrent problems of the professionaltitleevaluation andappointment systemfor teachers in9representative application-oriented colleges in Zhejiang Province,proposes toeliminate theobsolescence of theevaluation and appointment system,strengthen the top-leveldesignof theevaluationand appointment mechanisminlinewiththe times,eliminate theconvergence of the evaluation system, formulatediversified evaluation indicators in combinationwith theactual situationof colleges,and establish aiflexible,dynamic and comprehensive evaluation method.
