耕读教育融入高校劳动教育课程的路径与成效研究

Abstract：Laboreducationisanessentialcomponentoffulflingthefundamentaltaskof"fosteringvirtuethrougheducation" inuniversitiesinhenewera.Toaddressthedisconectbetwelabreducationandprofessonaleducationandtonhancethe laborawarenessandpracticalcompetenceofnon-agriculturemajorstudents，KailiUniversityexploresthereformof labor educatiocourseswith"vegetabletopdresing"asthecorecontent，basedonlocalagriculturalresourcesandrelyingonthe excelentagriculturalandforestrytalenttrainingbase.Thispaperadoptsateachingstructurebasedon"task-drivenlearningteamcollboration-outcomepresentation"，andconstructsafivestageinstructionalmodelcomprising"pre-classresearchclassroomgudance-hands-onpractice-practicaldemonstrtion-achievementexhibtion-reflectivesummary"Thecourseintegrates labor skils，professional knowledge，and ideological-political education，forming a synergistic "labor + specialty + ideological education”modelforholistictalentcultivation.Thefindingsindicatethatthiscurrculumefectivelyenhancesstudents'labor values，promotestheirinterdisciplinarycollaborativeleaming，andimprovestheiroverallcompetence，tusprovidingareplicable model and theoretical reference for labor education reform in local universities.
