Abstract：Withthein-depthdevelopmentofcomprehensiveruralrevitalizationandtheconstructionofanagriculturalpower， Xinjiang，asanagriculturalregion，hastheconditionstodevelopmodernagriculture.However，therearestilloutstanding problemsinthecurentcultivationofmodernfarmers，suchasfarmers‘lowabilitytoacceptnewideasandnewtechnologies， andthedisconnectbetweentheirunderstandingofenvironmentalprotectionandtheconstructionofecologicalcivilizationin China.Tthisend，thestudystartsfromtheoverallrequrementsofruralrevializationandtheconstructionofgranarisinthe west，exploresthetraingmechansmofmodemfarmersinXijangandputsfoardcorespondingsuggestions.Itisexpctedto providesomereferencefortheconstructionofastrongagriculturalareain Xinjiangandthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofmoder agriculture.
