Abstract：Culturalresourcesplayavitalroleinpromotingruraleconomicdevelopment，social harmony，culturalprosperity andenhancingtheculturalliteracyandaestheticcapabilitiesofruralresidents.Thecultureofethnicregionsisnotonlya reflectioofanationshistoricalhritagebutalsoacrucialresourceforshapingruralindustrialcharacteristicsandenhancing marketcompetitivenessResearchhasshown thattheculturalesourcesofethnicregionsinXinjiangplayanireplaceablerolein promotingruraleconomicdevelopment，fosteringsocialharmony，anddrivingculturalprosperity.However，numerouschallnges existintheprotetionandiheritaeoftseculuralrsoues，inludnglowlevelsofidustrialationinsuiientprootion andpublicityandinadequateefortsininheritance.Therefore，thispaperproposescountermeasuressuchasstrengtheningthe protectionandinheritanefculturalresoues，enhancingtheindustrializationofculturalresoures，increasingthepromotiond publicityofculturalresources，andfosteringthesustainablecultivationoflocalethnicculturalresources.Thesemeasuresaimto achieve high-quality economic and social development in rural areas of Xinjiang.
