乡村振兴背景下认养农业模式规范与法律实践研究

Abstract：Againstthebackgroundof thein-depthimplementationof theruralrevitalizationstrategyandthedevelopmentof newagriculturalproductivityadoptionagriculture，asanemergingbusinessforat，integratesruralesourcestroughthe"prepaid production + full-processvisualization"modeland hasbecomeanimportant path topromote agricultural digitalizationand branding.However，thelackoflegalregulationinpracticeleadstoprominentrisksandrestrictsitssustainabledevelopment. Fromthperspectiveof legal practice，thispaperanalyzesthefourcoreisuesofadoptionagriculture：disputesoverthe definitionofthenatureofthecontractunclearboundariesofrightsandobligations，insuficientefectivenessofretrospective supervision，andlackofnewdisputeresolutionmechanisms，andputsforwardtargetedregulatorysuggestions.First，explorethe natureofadoptioncontractsandclearlydefinethelegalatributesofadoptioncontracts;second，clarifytherightsandobligatios systemandimprovethepredictiveundertakingofriskavoidance；third，improvethegovermmentsupervisionmechanismand deepenthelegalembeddingoftheblockchaintraceabilitysystem;fourth，improvethedisputeresolutionmechanismandbuild anagriculturallegalsystemthatcordinatesrightsandinterestsprotection.Byimprovingthelegalframeworkandinovative institutionaldesign，wewillpromoteastandardized，reasonableandeficientregulatorysystem，buildastandardized，halthyand sustainableadoptionagricultural economy，and helppromote the substantiveadvancement of rural revitalization.
