乡村振兴背景下西南丘陵地区农村水系综合整治体系探讨

Abstract：Theruralwatersystemisanimportantcarieroftheruralwaterenvironmentandaninseparableandimportant elementofruraldevelopmentandimprovementofthelivingenvironment.Itisinterdependentandcloselyrelatedtorural economicandsocialdevelopmentandfarmers’lives，andplaysanimportantroleintheruralrevitalzationstrategyTakingthe HechongRiverBasininLonglingCountyahillareainsouthwestChinaastheresearchobject，thispaperanalyzesthecurrent situationandexistingproblemsofrural watersystemsinthestudyareadiscussesthecomprehensiveimprovementsystemofrural watersystems，andproposestorestorethebasicfunctionsofruralriversandlakes，restorethespatialformofriverchannels， andimprove the water environmentqualityof riversandlakes through various measuressuchasbanksloperegulation，dredging anddredging，watersystemconnection，soilandwaterconservationandwaterconservation，ecologicalrestoration，polution preventionandpolutioncontrol.Thisplancanprovidereferenceandreferenceforthefuturecomprehensiveimprovementofrural water systems in other river basins in the southwestern hilly areas.
