培育“一懂两爱”畜牧人才绘就乡村振兴美丽蓝图

——基于高职畜牧兽医专业人才需求现状的调查研究

Abstract：Withtheadvancementoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy，theanimalhusbandryindustryhasbroaddevelopment prospectsandisrapidlytransformingfromextensiveproductiontointensive，large-scaleandmodernization，creatinganurgent needforenterprisesforigh-qualitytalentsinanimalhusbandryandveterinarymajors.Astheradleoftrainingskilldtalents， colegeshouldertheimportanttaskofdeliveringhigh-qualitytalentstosociety.Facedwithproblemssuchasinsuficientsupply ofanimalhusbandrytalentsandcarerdevelopmentofstudentsmajoringinanimalhusbandryandveterinarysciencein vocationalcoleges，theresearchteamexploredtheneweraofanimalhusbandryandveterinaryscienceinvocationalcoleges focusingonthreemajoraspects：enterprisetalentneedsandfuturedevelopment，careeplanning forstudents，andemployment situationofgraduates.Currentsituationoftalentdemand.Relyingonthesurveyresults，itisrecommendedtoimprovethequality oftalenttraininginanimalusbandryandveterinarymajorsinhighervocationaleducationbypromotingthehealthydevelopment oftheanimalhusbandryindustry，depeningthereformoftalenttrainingprograms，andpromotingthedevelopmentofstudents professional qualities.

为引导农牧高职院校学生深人学习习近平总书记关于“三农"工作和青年工作的重要论述，更加深刻了解国家乡村振兴战略，使高职畜牧兽医专业学生在社会实践中充分掌握行业发展动态和人才需求现状，调研小组从企业人才需求数量和结构、为大专毕业生提供岗位和首岗薪资、对就业人员职业素养和技能要求、在校生职业生涯规划以及毕业生就业选择和未来发展5个方面，探索新时期我国高职畜牧兽医专业人才需求现状，思考当前如何从企业、高校、教师和学生4个层面深化高职畜牧兽医专业人才培养模式的建议与举措。（剩余6615字）
