Abstract：Withtheglobalmarketizationoftheworldeconomy，China’sprofesionaldevelopmentandtalentneedsinthe agriculturalfieldhavealsoundergonesignificantchanges.Guangxihasrichfruitandvegetableresourcesandaunique agriculturalindustrysystem.Basedonanin-depthanalysisoffoodprofesionalgroupsandGuangxi'smoderncharacteristic agriculturalindustrysystem，takingthecourseoffruitandvegetablestorageandprocesingtechnologyastheentrypoint，this paperanalyzesthecurrentuseofthiscourseinvocationalundergraduateeducation.Currentsituationandchallenges，and proposescorrespondingeducationalreformpaths.Thestudyfoundthatreformplanssuchasoptimizingthecuriculumsystem， inovatingteachingmethods，integratingpracticalteachingwithindustryandeducation，andbuildingtheteachingstffcan improvethequalityandefectivenessofvocationalundergraduateeducationinfruitandvegetablestorageandprocesing technologycourses.ThisresearchcanprovidesolidtalentsupportforthedevelopmentofGuangxismoderncharacteristic agricultural industry system.
