Abstract:Withtheglobalmarketizationoftheworldeconomy,China’sprofesionaldevelopmentandtalentneedsinthe agriculturalfieldhavealsoundergonesignificantchanges.Guangxihasrichfruitandvegetableresourcesandaunique agriculturalindustrysystem.Basedonanin-depthanalysisoffoodprofesionalgroupsandGuangxi'smoderncharacteristic agriculturalindustrysystem,takingthecourseoffruitandvegetablestorageandprocesingtechnologyastheentrypoint,this paperanalyzesthecurrentuseofthiscourseinvocationalundergraduateeducation.Currentsituationandchallenges,and proposescorrespondingeducationalreformpaths.Thestudyfoundthatreformplanssuchasoptimizingthecuriculumsystem, inovatingteachingmethods,integratingpracticalteachingwithindustryandeducation,andbuildingtheteachingstffcan improvethequalityandefectivenessofvocationalundergraduateeducationinfruitandvegetablestorageandprocesing technologycourses.ThisresearchcanprovidesolidtalentsupportforthedevelopmentofGuangxismoderncharacteristic agricultural industry system.
